Wendy embodies On Trail With’s vision of “community over competition.” A natural leader with a background in sales, she also serves as a consultant for the organization’s merchandise efforts. Wendy is deeply family-oriented and brings that same dedication and care to her role on the board, demonstrating the core values that OTW stands for.

Brian is known for his leadership, teamwork, and sound decision-making—qualities that align perfectly with the values of On Trail With. With a background as a Production Control Planner in aerospace manufacturing, Brian brings a methodical and strategic mindset to the board. A trusted member of the organization since 2020, he continues to uphold and represent the OTW brand with integrity.

Arie is a business owner and entrepreneur and brings a strong background in nonprofit work and marketing, along with exceptional organizational skills that help drive On Trail With forward. She joined the community in 2022 and has since become a pivotal part of its growth. Arie’s passion for mental health awareness and the power of a growth mindset shines through in all she does. Her love for nature and commitment to mission-driven work shape a bold vision for the organization’s future.

Luke is a seasoned Sales Manager with a strong background in marketing, branding, and design. As one of the original supporters of On Trail With, Luke has played a key role since its inception— most notably as the designer of the OTW logo. His creativity and guidance as Brand Manager continue to influence the look and feel of the organization, making him a trusted and invaluable advisor.

Brenda brings over 25 years of experience as a Financial Center Manager, where she developed extensive expertise in leadership, customer relations, and sales management. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve both financial stability and personal growth, with a strong belief in the connection between financial wellness and overall well-being. Passionate about motivating and supporting others, Brenda has expanded her focus beyond the workplace by joining On Trail With (OTW).

Linda serves as a Regional Director in a company that provides full-service operations and consulting for municipal water and wastewater services. Since joining On Trail With in 2021, she has shown unwavering loyalty and a shared commitment to its mission.
