Meet Betsy… Trail enthusiast. For Betsy, hiking isn’t just something she does…it’s who she is. The outdoors brings her a deep sense of peace and joy, and every step she takes is rooted in purpose. More than just a passion, hiking is Betsy’s lifestyle and her way of giving back. Whether she’s helping to lead a hike, a clean-up or encouraging others to get outside, Betsy is all about making a positive impact…one hike at a time.

Meet Laly a hike and cleanup lead with On Trail With. Laly brings passion and purpose to every trail she steps on. As a hike and cleanup lead, she inspires others to explore and protect the great outdoors. Fun fact about Laly… she is a true park enthusiast. Laly has visited 28 National Parks and 13 State Parks…and she’s just getting started! Whether she’s leading a cleanup or chasing her next park passport stamp, Laly is always on a mission to leave nature better than she found it.

Meet Maria, a lead with On Trail With. She enjoys the outdoors to recharge and relax from a busy week. Maria is known for her love of the mountains and will not shy away from a good soul train line when on the trails. When she’s not exploring new trails, you’ll most likely find her cheering on her favorite team at Dodger Stadium. Nature and baseball? That’s Maria’s perfect balance!

Meet Victor....Victor may come off as calm and quiet, like most people... but don’t be fooled. Beneath that cool demeanor lies a bold and scandalous spirit that keeps things interesting. His passion for hiking started with a simple desire to challenge himself and try something new. Today, it’s more than just a hobby “it’s something that has become part of my DNA,” he says. He thrives in the company of positive people who bring good energy to the journey... because to him, the vibe is just as important as the view.

Meet Bobby... He brings steady energy and thoughtfulness to every hike. As a hiking lead, he values staying physically active…not just for fitness, but for clarity. In his own words, “it gives me the space to reflect, recharge, and think things through.” Whether he’s guiding a group up a steep incline or soaking in the quiet moments on the trail, Bobby reminds us how powerful movement in nature can be.

Meet Cat... She is always up for an adventure. As a hiking lead, she thrives on exploring new trails and pushing her limits in nature. For Cat, hiking is more than a hobby…it’s a way to reconnect with herself and find inner balance. When she’s not leading the pack, you’ll find her creating YouTube videos with step-by-step directions to her favorite local hikes, helping others discover the joy of the outdoors.

Meet Linda… A true force on and off the trails! Linda loves leading fun, safe, and engaging hikes for families and adventurers of all experience levels... helping people reconnect with nature, one trail at a time. Her passion for family, fitness, and the outdoors is nothing short of inspiring, making her a true role model for women hikers everywhere. A real go-getter, Linda never shies away from a challenge… whether it’s training for a marathon, kicking butt at dodgeball or setting her sights on conquering Mount Whitney. She’s a dedicated travel and hiking enthusiast with a knack for discovering new adventures. And when she’s not out exploring, you’ll find her in the kitchen whipping up a meal so good, even Gordon Ramsay would be left speechless!

Meet Pablo… the Trailblazer. Photographer. Powerhouse. Pablo is a natural-born leader…driven, disciplined, and built for endurance. With a military background and a deep commitment to physical training, he leads every hike with quiet confidence and unstoppable determination, pushing the team to reach new heights, physically and mentally. But Pablo’s strength doesn’t stop on the trail. He’s also the eye behind many of OTW’s most breathtaking shots. As a contributing photographer, he captures the raw beauty, grit, and connection of our adventures both on and off the trail. Whether he’s leading the charge through rugged terrain or framing the perfect summit shot, Pablo moves with purpose and passion.

Meet Wendy… She is one of the original trailblazers at OTW, bringing heart and wisdom to every outdoor adventure. For her, every hike is more than a journey…it’s a chance to collect unforgettable moments. A nature lover through and through, Wendy has a knack for spotting heart-shaped rocks and whimsical mushrooms along the trail. If you hike with Wendy, you’re sure to leave with a story (and maybe even a lucky rock!).

Meet Brian… One of our original Lead Guides, Brian doesn’t hike mountains… mountains move out of his way. With strength that defies physics and a laugh that echoes through canyons, he leads every adventure like a force of nature. But beyond the myth and muscle is a man with one of the kindest hearts you’ll ever meet. Brian is a gentle soul, always ready to support, encourage, and lift others up…on and off the trail. A true peak enthusiast, Brian is your go-to gear guru. Need a headlamp, trekking poles, or a trail hack? He’s got a stash of every hiking gadget known to humankind—ready to loan, ready to help.

Meet Cesar not Ceaser…. The original On Trail With Godfather. Founder. Visionary. Renaissance man and Papa Bear. Cesar has a natural gift for bringing people together, he’s a magnet for good energy and someone everyone wants in their corner (or on trail with). His passion for the outdoors runs deep, and you’ll rarely catch him without his signature “Moses stick” leading the way. Out on the trail, Cesar’s humor is nonstop, and his presence instantly puts people at ease. He’s the kind of leader who uplifts you, makes you laugh, think, and feel like you belong...all at once. True to his nature, he’s always ready to drop a some trail knowledge or one of his classic catchphrases. And when he’s not out exploring, Papa Bear is usually spending quality time being an incredible girl dad and a loving husband...roles he takes on with just as much heart as he does hiking.

Meet Luchino … he feels most at home miles away from cell service, where the only sounds are rushing rivers, crackling campfires, and the call of the mountains. A true explorer at heart, Luchino has spent countless hours hiking, backpacking, and camping throughout the Sierra Nevada and Rocky Mountains, and he’s never met a trail that he didn’t love. He is almost always accompanied by his dog Super Nova, who loves to be on the trail and has a motor that won’t quit just like her dad. Luchino is also a wealth of practical knowledge. well versed in maps and topography, if you ever get lost or need to find a good trail, he’s your man. Whether he’s leading a trek, sharing stories around the fire, or encouraging others to push past their limits.

Meet Sunshine, a high-spirited soul who finds her greatest joy dancing and hiking on the trails, surrounded by nature’s quiet wisdom. A wanderer at heart, she carries empathy, encouragement, and kindness wherever she goes uplifting those around her and reminding them of their strength when life feels heavy. Through every step, Sunshine inspires others to slow down, breathe deeper, and embrace life’s simplest, most beautiful moments. Attitude of gratitude is her dearest motto. “Adulting can be overwhelming… so take a walk with me, let Mother Nature calm your soul, and chase the sunshine whether sunrise or sunset, simply chase the rays of joy!”

Meet Wilbert… Wil is our resident daredevil…always up for an adrenaline rush. Whether he's scaling rocks or launching himself off cliffs into mountain lakes, Wil never shies away from a thrill. His contagious laugh echoes through the trails, reminding us that adventure is meant to be fun. You’ll often spot him at the back of the pack…not because he’s lagging, but because he’s our dedicated sweeper. Always watchful, always caring, Wil makes sure no one gets left behind. Off the trails, he’s still in motion…weightlifting, working out, or going for a run... as in running to a taco stand!

Brenda is always chasing trails with ocean views, cascading waterfalls, and mountain peaks that make you stop and say, “wow, totally worth the climb!” Hiking isn’t just exercise for her—it’s therapy, adventure, and a great excuse to stop for snacks. Speaking of snacks, Brenda is a foodie at heart and loves trying anything from trendy bites to the most obscure menu items (bonus points if it’s post-hike fuel). Off the trail, Brenda is a powerhouse—balancing life as a business professional, a proud mom, and a full-time Disneyland enthusiast. She’ll crush a meeting by day, guide a hike on the weekend, and still have the energy to rope-drop Space Mountain.

Meet Karina… the sunset seeker. Snack maker. Sass bringer! She is all about the vibe… chasing sunsets, soaking in golden hour, and leading the way during our Wellness Weeknight hikes. With a green thumb and a nurturing spirit, she’s got a deep love for gardening and an even deeper love for taking care of her trail fam. Karina comes through with homemade trail treats, from her signature lumpia to fresh turmeric shots. Whatever you need, she’s already thought of it (and probably packed it, too). And don’t let her nurturing side fool you…Karina brings a sharp, sarcastic wit that keeps us laughing mile after mile. When she’s not out chasing the sun or crushing miles with the crew, you’ll find her powering through workouts on her Peloton.

Meet Mari, one of our dedicated longtime hiking leads at On Trail With. She’s all about the thrill of discovery. A true explorer at heart, Mari loves traveling, hiking, and immersing herself in the great outdoors. For Mari, nature is more than just scenery …it’s where she finds peace, balance, and a deep sense of tranquility. Whether she’s chasing new trails or simply soaking in a quiet forest moment, the outdoors is her sanctuary. When she’s not leading hikes or exploring new terrain, you can usually find her at home staying active... training, exercising, and preparing for her next adventure.

Meet Vero.... a proud SoCal native and Latina who discovered the magic of hiking, From conquering the SoCal Six-Pack of Peaks to spontaneous climbs up the Culver City Stairs, she explores nearly every trail Los Angeles has to offer. You can usually find her on the mountain with her trail buddy Kobe, her mini-Australian shepherd, chasing fresh air and new perspectives. As a Lead with On Trail With, she’s passionate about creating inclusive, welcoming spaces in the outdoors. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned peak-bagger, Vero is here to share what she’s learned—from trail tips and gear recs to mindset and recovery. In her own words “The trail changed my life, and I can’t wait to help others discover that same joy, strength, and connection—both with nature and with each other.”
