About the event
This community hike winds through Wildwood Park and the surrounding Wildwood Mesa, including the iconic Lizard Rock area. Expect sweeping ridge views, quiet canyon stretches, shaded groves, and a waterfall finale that brings the whole journey together.
About the Hike
We’ll explore a 4.3-mile loop through one of the most dynamic landscapes in the area. Starting from the Wildwood Mesa region, the route flows across open terrain with wide views before dropping into the canyon along the North Fork Arroyo Conejo.
Along the way, we’ll pass through Skunk Hollow, Oak Grove, and Sycamore Flats, each offering a shift in scenery and pace. The trail then leads to the highlight of the hike, Paradise Falls, before we climb back out to complete the loop.
