All retreat registrations are final.

If you choose to cancel your participation for any reason, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Cancellations must still be communicated in writing to On Trail With, Inc. so that attendance records and logistics may be updated.

On Trail With, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Retreat due to safety concerns, weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
